Bernice is the founder and president of Pension Profit Sharing Services, Inc. based in Los Alamitos, CA.

Bernice has over 25 years of experience with all types of qualified retirement plans including 401(k) plans, new comparability profit sharing plans, defined benefit plans, cash balance plans as well as DB/DC & Cash Balance/DC combo plans. Bernice’s strength is her technical expertise in plan takeovers, plan documentation and correcting administration/ documentation errors using the IRS’s Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS). As a pension consultant, Bernice works with clients and their advisors on plan design, plan set up and assisting with retirement plan compliance.

Bernice has a B.A. from U.C.L.A. and has earned her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The CEBS designation covers the entire spectrum of employee benefits including compensation and employee benefit principles and concepts.
